How billing works
What counts as one AI reply?
Each time your team sends an AI-assisted answer to a visitor, one credit is deducted from the included monthly pool for your workspace.
Do unused replies roll over?
No. Credits reset each billing period so forecasting stays simple. If you need more capacity, move to a higher tier or talk to us about Enterprise.
What if we upgrade mid-month?
Your subscription updates to the new plan’s seat limits and your credit balance is refreshed to that plan’s full monthly AI reply allowance after checkout or billing portal changes.
What is Enterprise for?
Enterprise is for teams that need a larger rollout, security review, white-label or custom integration work, or a negotiated seat and AI usage package.
Can we start small and expand later?
Yes. Start with live chat and core AI assistance, then upgrade as your team size, support volume, and integration needs grow.
Can we cancel anytime? Do you offer refunds?
You can cancel anytime from the billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, then it will not renew. We do not offer refunds for the current or past billing cycles.
What counts toward the file storage quota?
Attachments sent in chat conversations, images in Help Center articles, and any files uploaded through the widget are counted toward your plan’s storage limit.
