Widget embed

Add the public chatbot widget to your site with the embed snippet generated in Chatbot setup. Private chatbots stay available through internal preview only.

Options

data-tenant — Required. Your tenant key.
data-chatbot — Required for public embeds. The chatbot slug to publish.
data-api-key — Required for public embeds. The chatbot's public embed key.
data-lang — Optional. en or zh-hk.
data-theme — Optional. Hex color, e.g. #22c55e.

Workspace setup

Create your workspace at /admin/signup, then invite your team, configure channels, and install the widget.

AI configuration

Go to /admin/ai/config to enable AI, control prompts, and tune knowledge-backed behavior.

Knowledge base

Open Content sources (KB) in the admin, add a website or file source, then run Sync to index content and improve AI answer quality.
